The purpose of this study is to evaluate patients with glioblastoma that is MGMT-unmethylated (the MGMT gene is not altered by a chemical change). Patients will receive Nivolumab every two weeks in addition to radiation therapy, and then every four weeks. They will be compared to patients receiving standard therapy with temozolomide in addition to radiation therapy.

This study will target patients who have received a histopathological diagnosis of prostate cancer and who are undergoing treatment in various forms, including active PSA surveillance, surgical treatment, radiotherapy, endocrine therapy, and chemotherapy. The study will survey information about the patient at time of diagnosis, clinical staging, details of initial treatment, status of disease progression, and prognosis at the end point of the study. The purpose of the study is to clarify distribution of staging, the actual status of treatment choices and treatment outcomes.

The study objective is to demonstrate that the safety and effectiveness of the Medtronic TAVR system as measured by rates of all-cause mortality or disabling stroke at two years is noninferior to SAVR in the treatment of severe aortic stenosis in subjects who have a low predicted risk of operative mortality for SAVR. The purpose of the expanded use addendum to the Medtronic TAVR in Low Risk Patients Trial protocol is to conclude the randomized phase of the trial and initiate the single-arm, non-randomized, continued access phase of the trial.

This is a Phase IV, randomized, open-label, active-controlled, 2-arm, multicenter study. The primary objective was assessed by the difference in the mean number of ranibizumab injections applied up to Month 11 between the 2 treatment arms. Patients were randomized in a 1:1 ratio to 1 of the 2 treatment arms; i.e. Arm 1 ranibizumab monotherapy, Arm 2 ranibizumab with Grid\&Direct short pulse laser photocoagulation combination therapy. There were 3 periods in this study: Screening Period (visit 1), Treatment Period (visit 2 to Visit 13) and Follow-up Period (visit 14). In addition to screening and Baseline (visit 2), there were monthly visits from Month 1 to Month 12. This study included male and female patients (≥20 years old) diagnosed with visual impairment due to ME secondary to BRVO.

The primary objective of this study is to compare the Length of Stay from treatment of oral anticoagulant initiation to hospital discharge of patients hospitalized and subsequently treated with dabigatran or warfarin for non-valvular atrial fibrillation in a real-world Japanese clinical practice. The secondary objective of the study is to compare LoS of patients hospitalized with 1) acute ischemic stroke, and 2) due to non-valvular atrial fibrillation. Other objectives are (1) to compare the in-hospital direct and indirect-related costs between dabigatran and warfarin, and (2) to compare the rates of patients directly discharged at home after the index hospitalization between dabigatran and warfarin.

Further methods of rehabilitation are required for convalescent patients to recover their function soon and better, due to a multitudes of recovery patient with troubles such as gait problem. This trial is studying to investigate the effects of gait training with a functional electrical stimulation (FES) 'WalkAide\[R\](WA)' to improve the lower-limb function and ambulation in convalescent stroke patients.
