This study is a Phase IV, open-label, single-arm study to assess the safety and the necessity of dose adjustment after switching to FLOLAN injection prepared with the reformulated diluent in Japanese patients with PAH who are receiving higher doses of FLOLAN injection than in other countries. The objective is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the thermostable formulation of FLOLAN injection (that is \[i.e.\], FLOLAN injection prepared with the reformulated diluent) when switched from the existing FLOLAN injection treatment (i.e., FLOLAN injection prepared with the currently marketed diluent). The study will include a screening visit, a run-in period of a maximum of 4 weeks with the existing FLOLAN treatment (i.e., FLOLAN injection prepared with the currently marketed diluent), a 4-week treatment period with the thermostable formulation of FLOLAN injection (i.e., FLOLAN injection prepared with the reformulated diluent) and a one-week follow-up visit. Adequate number of subjects will be enrolled in the study in order to have 10 subjects to complete assessments at 4 weeks, including at least 5 subjects as a subset of subjects who consent to undergo right heart catheterisation (RHC) over 24-hour and at Week 4. FLOLAN is a registered trademark of the GlaxoSmithKline \[GSK\] group of companies.

Part 1 of this study will assess skin irritation following a single application of GSK2894512 cream at 2 concentrations (e.g. 0.5% and 1%) and placebo by simple-patch test and photo-patch test under semi-occlusive conditions in 20 healthy Japanese volunteers. Part 2 of this study will assess skin irritation following repeat application at 0.5% and 1% of GSK2894512 cream and placebo for 7 days under non-occlusive condition in 6 healthy Japanese volunteers. The study will have Screening visit which will occur within 30 days from the Day 1 visit of each part. Eligible subjects will be able to participate either of Part 1 or Part 2. Subjects will visit the site on Day -1, and hospitalized until the end of all assessments on Day 4 (Part 1) or Day 7 (Part 2). Subjects will re-visit the site on Day 8 (Part 1) or Day 15 (Part 2) for follow-up assessments. This study will be the first to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of GSK2894512 cream after single and repeat application in Japanese subjects. Results from this study will enable further clinical investigation in the Japanese population.
膀胱がんまたは上部尿路がん患者におけるがん摘出手術後のニボルマブとプラセボを比較した免疫療法研究

非小細胞肺がん成人患者におけるTAK-788の研究
This study is about a medicine called TAK-788, also known as mobocertinib, given to adults with non-small cell lung cancer. The main aims of this study are to check if there are any side effects from TAK-788, to learn how TAK-788 is processed by the body, and to determine the best dose of TAK-788 to treat this condition. Participants will take TAK-788 capsules with chemotherapy. Participants will continue to take TAK-788 unless they or their doctor decide they should stop this treatment. Participants will take TAK-788 capsules with or without chemotherapy under antidiarrhea prevention to determine the safety of TAK-788 treatment. Non-Asian, non-White participants will take TAK-788 to determine the safety and tolerability of TAK-788 treatment.
IgA腎症におけるアタシセプトの有効性と安全性
This main purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety, tolerability, dose response and efficacy of Atacicept in participants with IgA nephropathy and persistent proteinuria. The study hypothesis was that treatment with Atacicept would reduce proteinuria compared to placebo.
進行悪性腫瘍患者における FAZ053 単剤および PDR001 との併用療法の研究。
The purpose of this "first-in-human" study of FAZ053 is to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and antitumor activity of FAZ053 administered Intravenously (i.v.)as a single agent or in combination with PDR001 in adult patients with advanced solid tumors. By blocking the interaction between Programmed Death Ligand-1 (PD-L1) and its receptors, Programmed Death-1 (PD-1) and B7.1, FAZ053 inhibits the PD-L1 immune checkpoint, resulting in activation of an antitumor immune response by activating effector T-cells and inhibiting regulatory T-cells. This study has been designed as a Phase I, open-label, multi-center study with a dose escalation part of FAZ053 as single agent and in combination with PDR001, followed by a dose expansion part of FAZ053 as single agent. FAZ053 will initially be dosed every three weeks. A less frequent dosing regimen such as every 6 weeks may be evaluated in parallel. A patient may continue treatment with FAZ053 single agent or in combination with PDR001 until the patient experiences unacceptable toxicity, confirmed disease progression per immune related Response Criteria and/or treatment is discontinued at the discretion of the investigator or the patient.
