概要
Durvalumab and Tremelimumab in combination with first-line chemotherapy in the following indications: Ovarian/peritoneal/fallopian tube cancer, SCCHN, TNBC, SCLC and gastric/GEJ cancer, PDAC, ESCC.

paclitaxel + carboplatin(DRUG)
carboplatin + etoposide(DRUG)
